The printer screen prompts "No paper detected?"

Please ensure the consumable is installed in the paper bin, and check whether the paper is in the right side of the printer, then pull the paper out of the paper exit a little bit to make sure that it is between the upper and lower paper sensors,at last, close the covers tightly.

Please check whether the baffles on both sides of the roller in the paper bin are firmly fixed on the right side to prevent consumables deviation and printing deviation.

Why does the printer only feed paper when printing, but does not print data?

Please reposition the printing paper in the other direction, making sure that the print side is facing down and printing on the right.
