1.Check if the paper roll is thermal paper

When the pringter prints blank,please check whether  the paper roll is thermal paper.You can scrape the paper with a sharp tool, and if there is a color display, you can confirm that it is thermal paper.

2.The paper roll is loaded upside down

When the printer prints blank,please check if the paper roll is loaded upside down.
①If it is the label pape,its label side need to be facing the print head.
②If it's the black mark paper,its side without black mark faces the print head.
③If it is the continuous paper,the side that can scrape the color on the paper faces the print head.
