Please download the app called “Print Master” from Google Play or the App Store.

Open the “Print Master” app and look for printer connections within the app, instead of using the Bluetooth settings in your device's system settings.

The “Print Master” app provides instructions on how to connect via Bluetooth. To access these instructions, go to the “Profile” section located at the bottom right corner of the app, then select “Tutorials” and “Hardware Usage Instructions”.

When prompted during the device installation process, please grant all the permissions requested by the app.

For any permissions that were not granted during installation, you can open your phone's settings and enable all the necessary permissions.

If the above methods all fail, please follow the following steps:

A.Check if the printer is on the Bluetooth list of your phone.
B.Download the “Print Master” app on another phone and check if it can connect to the printer.
C.Provide the phone model, system version, and app version you are using.
D.Provide the serial number of the printer starting with 'Q.' You can find this number on the printer's screen during startup.
E.Take a video or picture demonstrating the problem.
