Core Rules

• Emails Must Match Exactly!
• Website account email = APP registered email
• Only Applicable on PHOMEMO APP 

 

Activation Validity Clause

Must complete before redemption:

• Redemption code only works when exactly matching website account email
• Membership benefits are non-refundable after activation
  

 

Stage 1: Obtain Redemption Code

Step 1: Purchase Membership

1. Login/Register → Complete payment 

Step 2: View Redemption Code  

Logged-in Users

1. Payment success page → Click [View Account]→ Copy code  

Guest Users

1. Click [View Account] → Login with email  

2. ⚠This email will be permanently linked!

Stage 2: Activate Membership

‼️ Must complete registration first!

Step 1: Register APP Account

1. Download APP → Tap [Log In Now] → [Email Login] → [Sign Up with Email]

2. Use exact same email as website account

Step 2: Activation Process  

1. Open APP → Select [Log In with Membership Code]

2. Manually enter:

a) Email matching website account

b) APP account password

c) Redemption code copied from website order

3. Tap [Log In] to complete activation

Troubleshooting

❌ Error 1: "Email not registered"

Solution:

Return to APP → Tap [Sign Up] with this email

❌ Error 2: "Emails do not match"

Solution:

a) Verify website account email

b) Re-register APP account with this email
