Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

The estimated delivery time is 6-15 business days.

Shipping and delivery will be delayed on weekends or public holidays.

If we have a high volume of orders (such as during our promotions), shipments may be delayed for a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to inventory issues, we will contact you via email. Please keep an eye out for our official emails.

Shipment Carriers

We are committed to providing free shipping services to Phomemo users in most regions, but in order to meet our customers' requirements for higher logistics timeliness, we have set up our own warehouses in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom and other countries. Some products will be delivered to you faster.

Shipping Information

Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.

Note on Customs Duty Costs

Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply for shipments to certain countries. These fees are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these charges in advance. If any customs fees apply, they will be collected by the carrier upon delivery and must be paid by the customer to receive the package.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact Phomemo Support within 7 business days at support@phomemo.com

For damages caused by the shipping company, including lost packages, damaged packages, damages caused by delays, and other losses, we will help you contact the responsible shipping company. Please keep all packages and damaged goods, as they may be needed in the event of a claim against the shipping company.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

How are customs duties and import taxes handled?

All cross-border shipments are to pass through the customs clearance. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes. Customs duties and taxes vary in different countries.

The usual tariffs are approximately $15 in Brazil.The tariffs may vary depending on the items purchased.

Phomemo is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

The tariff is paid by Customers. If the parcel was destroyed or returned because the customer doesn't pay for the tariff or receive the parcel on time, we ONLY return the product price as the following:

*If you are in Brazil, familiarize yourself with the customs policies regarding Brazil so that you can receive your package ASAP without any hassle.

Notice To Brazilian Customers

• Brazilian customers NEED to provide your VAT number or CPF(Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) number for Brazil (fill in the Apartment column which is below to the Address column)

The CPF has 11 numbers  → (xxx.xxx.xxx-xx)
 For example：111.111.111-11

Membership Subscription Code Redemption Process

Thank you for purchasing our membership service! Below are the detailed steps to help you activate your membership and enjoy its benefits.

1. Receive the Redemption Email After Purchase:

• After purchasing the membership on our website, you will receive an email containing your unique redemption code. Please note that the redemption code is one-time use only.
• The email will contain your exclusive redemption code, so make sure to keep it safe.
  

2. Download and Install the Phomemo App:

• Please visit the Google Play Store or App Store to download and install the Phomemo App.

3. Open the App and Go to the Login Page:

• Open the Phomemo App, and go to the "Me" tab at the bottom menu.
  
• On the "Me" page, click on Login Now.

4. Select “Login with Membership Code”:

• On the login page, select the option Login with Membership Code.

5. Enter Your Order Email and Password:

• Enter the order email that you used during the purchase (if you haven’t registered an account in the app, you will be prompted to register using that email).
• Enter your password (ensure your password meets the required security standards).
  

6. Enter the Redemption Code and Complete Login:

• In the Redemption Code field, enter the unique redemption code you received in your email. Please note that the redemption code is one-time use only.
  
• After entering the code, click Login. The system will automatically verify and activate your membership benefits.

7. Login Successfully and Enjoy Membership Benefits:

• Once logged in, you will automatically receive your membership benefits and can start enjoying the exclusive perks immediately.

Important Notes:

• Unique Redemption Code: Each redemption code is unique and can only be used once, and it can only be associated with one account.
• Password Reset: If you forget your password, you can reset it using the “Forgot Password” option.
• Membership Benefits: After successfully logging in, you will be able to access and enjoy the exclusive membership services and discounts.
