Turn On /off

① Press Power Button for 1.5 seconds to turn on the printer.

② To turn it off, please press the Power Button for 1.5 seconds.


① Label paper /Blackmark label: Press Feed Button to feed the tape to the proper place and get ready for printing next tape.

② Continuous paper: Press Feed Button to keep paper feeding it will stop when you let go of the button.

System Setting :

① Press Power Button for 1 second to switch to the setting interface.

② Press Feed Button for second, scroll option list and select by pressing Power Button. 

③ Press Power Button for 1.5 seconds to go back to the main page.

Restore setting:

① Press Power Button for 1 second to switch to the setting interface.

② Press Feed Button for 1 second scroll option list and select, by pressing Power Button.

③ Press Power Button for 2 seconds to go back to the main page.

④ Restore factory settings: press the key to enter the home page to select restore factory settings, then press the paper key to complete the“restore factory settings”.

03 Screen Information

Logo guidance


When printer connects to Bluetooth, this logo will light up. This logo will flash when the data is transferring. 

Setting /Transfer

When you are using USB wire, this logo will be shown as: If you press Power Button for a short time, it will be switched to Setting Mode, the logo will be shown as Setting Mode.

Cover Opening

It indicates that the paper cover is opened or not closed correctly, message will appear, stating that the paper cover is opened.

Paper Condition:

If the paper roll is not installed correctly, or there is insufficient paper, this logo will light up message will appear, stating that there no paper. When the paper is detected, it will give you a confirmation so that you are able to proceed.

Print Condition:

 It will light up while the printer is printing or feeding. 

External Electricity:

It will light up when the printer is connected to a power source.

Charging Battery:

Please charge your printer when the power display begins to flash.

05 Installing the Paper Roll


① Press the “open” button gently to open the paper bin.



② Take out the adjustable plate and remove the left panel.



③ Put in the paper roll (The print side should be below and push it to the right)Dividing ruler should be above; Note the position of the paper roll device as shown.




④ Aim the adjustable plate at both slots and slowly put into the paper bin.


⑤ Pull out the paper (Raise the paper out of the paper bin by approximately 15mm ) and close the paper cover, make sure the paper bin is closed.



⑥ Press Power button for 2 sec to turn on the printer, press feed button to push one piece of plate. Connect to the App, start to use it.



06 Troubleshooting

Common problem


With paper fed into the bin, still no paper is detected on the screen. What's the matter?

Referring to the instructions, check whether the paper is in place on the right side of the printer. Pull out the paper a bit from the outlet, allowing it in between the upper and lower paper sensors, and close the bin cover.

Long-press the power key, what if no response?

The printer may be in power failure. Restart it after charging for half an hour.

What if automatic shutdown of a printer?

(1)Check whether the APP has set the automatic shutdown time;

(2)If the power is too low, it will automatically shut down in need of a timely charge.

What if the printer refuses to charge?

(1)Please charge for at least half an hour;

(2)Manual reset. There is a reset plughole ( reset hole )beside the printer charging port. Just press for 1-2 seconds with a pin and let go;

(3)Please check whether the charger uses 5V-1A or 5V-2A for charging:

(4)Replace the charger or move to another outlet;

(5)In case the above method still fails, please contact the local dealer for replacement;

Printer crashes

(1)Press the power key to cancel

(2)Manual reset. There is a reset plughole ( reset hole )beside the printer charging port. Just press for 1-2 seconds with a pin and let go;

What if the paper is blank after printing?

(1)The paper roll is installed reversely. Arrange the printing paper in the other direction, making sure that the correct printing side is facing down, and keep it to the right side. 

(2)If paper is blank during the gap, please check whether the printer display menu has correctly selected "label paper".

Fuzzy printed content

(1)Check whether the label roll is in the storage period or whether there are foreign matters, clean or replace another.

(2)According to the instructions, wipe the printing area with an alcohol swab to ensure that there is no dirt on the print head.


Common problem


Indirect skip or incomplete printing content occurs

(1)Cleansethe printer thermistor and paper outlet according to the instructions:

(2)Reinstallthe paper roll bracket once, and manually press the paper feeding key once to allow the printer to recognize the paper gap position.

(3)Checkwhether the paper size and software print template match.

How to solve the problem that the printer does not run smoothly or feeding failure in the process of paper feeding or printing

(1)Thepaper roll bracket is too tight or stuck .Generally ,it is about 1mm of the appropriate gap between the roll and the baffles on both sides ,which can ensure smooth feeding without paper jam .

(2)According to the instructions ,wipe the printing area and paper outlet area of the printer with an alcohol swab ,touch the printing area with your hand to check no stickiness ,and then try to print

What if multiple mobile phones are simultaneously connected, but can't be functioning

(1)Aprinter can function only connected to one mobile phone rather than multiple ones at the same time .

(2)When connected to another phone ,please first disconnect t he connected one .

08 Non-warranty Regulations

The warranty is void under the following conditions:
