Thank you for shopping at phomemo.com. Please review the shipping rates, delivery estimates, and destination restrictions below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Delivery Times

• Order processing: Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery: Delivery generally takes 3–15 business days after dispatch. Processing time is additional to the delivery estimate.
• Weekends and public holidays: Processing, shipping, and delivery may be delayed during these periods.
• Peak periods and stock availability: Promotions and high order volumes may cause additional delays. We will contact you by email if your shipment is significantly delayed due to stock availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions. Products shipped from our local warehouses in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, or other locations may arrive in as little as 1–3 business days.

2. Standard Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

All amounts in the table below are in US dollars (USD). Free standard shipping is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping charges and taxes. The same thresholds apply to printers, paper rolls, and orders containing both.

Orders that meet or exceed the applicable threshold qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below the threshold are charged the flat shipping fee shown for their destination. A single standard shipping fee applies to each eligible retail order. A shipping fee of $50 USD applies to the Iceland region.

Wholesale, bulk, and overweight orders require a separate shipping quote and are excluded from the standard rates and free-shipping offer above. Please contact support@phomemo.com before placing these orders.

3. Shipping Availability & Excluded Destinations

The destination exclusions below take priority over the shipping zones above. A country’s inclusion in a shipping zone does not extend shipping availability to its excluded territories or regions.

We currently do not ship to the following countries and regions:

Afghanistan, Guernsey, Alderney, American Samoa, Andorra, Anguilla, Antarctica, Antigua and Barbuda, Ascension Island, Barbados, Belarus, Belize, Bermuda, Bhutan, Bolivia, Botswana, Bouvet Island, Brazil, British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Canary Islands, Caribbean Netherlands, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Congo, Cuba, Curaçao, Djibouti, Dominica, Ecuador, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eswatini (Swaziland), Faroe Islands, Gambia, Gibraltar, Grenada, Guam, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Honduras, Iran, Iraq, Isle of Man, Jamaica, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Mayotte, Mozambique, Nauru, Nepal, Netherlands Antilles, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Niger, Norfolk Island, North Korea, Palau, Palestine, Panama, Paraguay, Pitcairn Islands, Russia, Rwanda, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Helena, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Martin (French part), Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Sint Maarten (Dutch part), Somalia, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Suriname, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Tonga, Turkmenistan, Turks and Caicos Islands, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela, Wallis and Futuna, Western Sahara, Yemen, Zanzibar, Åland Islands.

For example, shipping to Spain excludes the Canary Islands; shipping to the United States excludes Guam and American Samoa; shipping to Australia excludes Christmas Island, the Cocos (Keeling) Islands, and Norfolk Island; shipping to Norway excludes Svalbard and Jan Mayen; and shipping to Guernsey excludes Alderney.

If your destination is not listed in the shipping-rate table or the excluded-destination list, please contact support@phomemo.com to confirm shipping availability and obtain a quote before placing an order. The free-shipping thresholds above do not automatically apply to unlisted destinations.

4. Shipping Address & Order Tracking

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delivery delays, failed delivery, or a missing parcel. If you notice an error, please contact us promptly. We cannot change the delivery address once your package has been dispatched.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and other customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included in the amount collected at checkout. Free shipping covers standard shipping charges only and does not waive customs duties or import taxes.

Customs charges and procedures vary by destination. Please contact your local customs office for details before ordering. Any applicable charges collected by the carrier or customs authority must be paid for the package to be released.

Unpaid Customs Charges or Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is returned or destroyed because the customer does not pay the required customs charges or collect the parcel on time, refunds of the product price follow the schedule below, subject to applicable law:

6. Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@phomemo.com within 7 business days of receipt. Keep the original packaging and damaged items, as they may be needed for a carrier claim.

If your package is missing, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact our support team with your order number and any relevant details. We will help investigate the shipment and coordinate with the responsible carrier.
