We have launched on Kickstarter for 3 main reasons:

• To fund the tools needed for mass production with our manufacturingpartner.
• To secure volume manufacturing discounts only possible with large orders.enabling us to offer the sensors at a lower cost and pass the savings to youthrough launch discounts.
