1. For M02 Series:

M02 can only use thermal paper with a width of 53mm. If you use other brands of the same size thermal paper, the printing effect may not be satisfactory.

M02S and M02 PRO can only use thermal paper with a width of 15mm, 25mm, 53mm. If you use thermal paper of other sizes, it will cause incomplete printing content and poor printing effect.

2. For M110 Series:

If you use other brands of thermal labels, it may not match the size of our APP template and the printing effect is not good.

3. For PM246 Series:
Must use 4 inch x 6 inch fan-fold thermal label, use other sizes of paper, may cause poor printing and can not continuous printing.
