Please search for "Labelife" in Google App Store and install it. A large number of quick templates and customized icons are preset in the APP If you encounter difficulties in printing labels online on the logistics platform, we also recommend that you use "Labellife". 1. Please confirm whether your drive Settings is Gap paper.

2. If your label is 100*150mm, you need to set the corresponding size in the driver's parameters. If you replaced the new size label, please select the correct size before printing. If the problem persists. Please ask the printer to calibrate the sensor as follows:
  Unload the label. When the printer is standby, press and hold the Feed Button for about 12 seconds. After the blue light flashes 5 times, then release the deed button.
