M02 PRO Thermal Printing General Questions/Problems with APP
When adding device, can't find connectable device? Or having trouble in connecting Bluetooth?
Turn on the printer, activate Bluetooth on your phone, and make sure that the printer and your phone are within a 3-meter range.
Gentle reminder: According to the official requirements of Google, for Android 11 and below, GPS permission needs to be enabled to use Bluetooth function; and for Android 12 and above, relative location permission needs to be granted. This permission does not access your precise location information.

Connect the printer to Phomemo instead of pairing the printer and your phone via Bluetooth.
Select your printer model to connect to the app.
If you can't find your printer model on the Bluetooth connection page, please turn on the printer, double-click the power button to print out the QR code, and then scan the code to connect in the app.
If you still can't connect the Bluetooth by the methods above in your Android system, please check whether you can find the printer model or serial number (starting with Q) in your phone’s Bluetooth list. If you can find the printer model, please follow the steps in the video.
Below is an operation video for T02, which can also be used for M02 RPO. You should select the device name according to your printer's model or serial number, and then unpair.

If you still can't connect the printer to the app, please follow the steps below. Make sure all permissions are allowed when installing the app. You can open them in your phone's Settings.

Try to turn the printer off and then on again, close the app and then reopen the app again to connect the printer.
Try to uninstall and then reinstall the Phomemo App or download the app on another phone, and then try to connect the printer to the app again.
