For M02 Series:

M02 and M02 PRO can only use thermal paper with a width of 53mm. If you use other brands of the same size thermal paper, the printing effect may not be satisfactory.

M02S can only use thermal paper with a width of 15mm, 25mm, 53mm. If you use thermal paper of other sizes, it will cause incomplete printing content and poor printing effect.

For M110 Series:

If you use other brands of thermal labels, it may not match the size of our APP template and the printing effect is not good.

For PM246 Series：

Must use 4 "x 6" fan-fold thermal label, use other sizes of paper, may cause poor printing and can not continuous printing.
