Why can't the APP connect to Bluetooth？
1.Detect Bluetooth address
When the bluetooth cannot be found in the app,please check the address of the bluetooth and check whether the bluetooth address on the printer is normal. If it appears 8888, XXXX, etc., it shows a bluetooth problem.
2.Mobile phone Bluetooth query
When the bluetooth cannot be found in the app,please search bluetooth in cell phone bluetooth query.
3.Authorization
When the bluetooth cannot be found in the app,please check whether the moblile phone is authorized for the app.If it is not, please click the Settings,the Application management and ensure all permissions of the app are allowed.Especially the Android phone should open the GPS permission.
4.Try with another phone
When the bluetooth cannot be found in the app,please change another mobile phone to try again.
