②Wrong installation of paper roll holder

Enter the small label printing/Print master and enter mine, you can view the video of the paper roll mounting bracket, and then reinstall the paper roll bracket

③The printer detects abnormal paper

Please use alcohol to clean the sensor at the print head. Please use a cotton swab to wipe the alcohol for cleaning. The specific video can be viewed in my app in the app.
