Installation Precautions of M110

Thank you very much for purchasing the M110 mini printer.In order to bring you a wonderful print time,we want to provide you with the following notes before you starting to use your printer.

1.Please install the paper roll correctly,ensure that the print surface is faced down and roll the paper roll tightly before aligning it to the right.

2.Please press the feed button to help the machine to recognize the size of the paper.

3.Please connect the printer by Bluetooth,select the template corresponding to the size of the purchased paper roll or create a template corresponding to the size of the paper roll for text editing.

4.Please set the print speed and print concentration as required.Thank you for your time and great supports!

Can print normally, but the label paper cannot be printed at the standard position.

1.Determine whether the cross section of the roller is facing up ,so is the dividing ruler.

2.Please check whether the baffles on both sides of the roller in the paper bin are firmly fixed on the right side to prevent consumables deviation and printing deviation.

3.Check whether the display screen or the app is set to print continuous paper.

Can't charge? Charged for a long time or no electricity?

1.The adapter may be damaged, please replace it.

2.The data cable may be demaged, please replace it.

3.If the printer can't be charged after replacing the adapter and data cable,the lithium battery may be damaged or the charging port may be in poor contact. You can apply for after sales service.

Does the printer turn off automatically?

By default, the machine will shut down automatically for 15 minutes in no operations.If you want to modify, please change the Settings on the printer display screen or App.

The paper bin cover is closed, but the screen shows that the paper bin cover is open?

Please check whether the left and right sides of the paper cover are pressed. Generally,it will be ok after press both sides of the cover.

The printer does not print clearly, there are white bars or the print is blurred

1.Please use our standard high quality printing consumables.

2.Since this type of consumable is thermal synthetic paper, please avoid using it under high temperature and light.

3.Wipe the cutting part of the printer, especially the black line, with alcohol cotton to ensure no dirt on the print head.

4.Please adjust printing speed and concentration, slow down the speed and deepen the concentration, then print a try.The printing concentration of the white thermal lable is generally setted as 5 to 7, and the printing concentration of the color thermal label is generally setted as 6 to 9.The printing concentration depends on different thermal paper to set, the right concentration can have perfect printing effect.
