1.The template is not selected correctly

When the printer has the printing misalignment, please check if the paper roll holder is installed too tightly, or the paper roll core and the holder do not match correctly causing a jam. So please reinstall the paper roll without pressing it too tightly. The left paper roll holder baffle could not be installed for some 75mm paper rolls.

3.There is sewage or glue at the print head, rubber roller, paper outlet, etc.

4.Check whether the firmware version is the latest version on the printer

When the printer has the printing misalignment,please check whether the firmware version is the latest version on the printer.If not, please provide the serial number of the machine and direct the user to upgrade the firmware of the printer.

5.The printing speed is too fast, and the data sent by Bluetooth cannot keep up

When the printer has the printing misalignment,it may because the printing speed is too fast and the data sent by bluetooth cannot keep up with it. So please adjust to reduce printing speed.

6.Paper roll problem

When the printer has the printing misalignment,please try to replace the paper roll of other specifications.If it can print normally, the paper roll that does not print properly will have a problem.
